This photograph was shot a couple of weeks back. This morning firemen finally got a huge fire threatening eastern suburbs under control - 16,ooo hectars of land was already lost. The smoke from that fire is what created the thick, orange blanket of fog you see laying over the city. Though I didn't care much for the smell, the smoke gave the light an extra warm tone this morning.
